- Be a member of the CSE team which covers APAC region.
- Provide second level of pre-sales support assisting the SE organization:
- Effectively disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and SE organization
- in supporting key projects to ensure Fortinet success
- in leading technical discussions, articulating the technology and demonstrating differentiated value
- in conducting compelling solution presentation, demonstrations and POCs
- Build technical material to support sales activities (slideware, solution brief, white papers, success stories, etc.) and design workshops.
- Effectively disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and Channel.
- Be the Point of contact for the Product Management team: responsible to report and consolidate customer needs across INTL, validate business case, write and prioritize feature requests.
- Report project activities, analyze project trends and provide market vision.
- Participate in the development of commercial strategies.
- Participate in seminars.
- Travel as required in INTL region.
- Pre-sales experience (10 - 15 years).
- Vendor experience.
- International experience.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Network Security, and Application Security, especially Stateful firewall, NGFW, IPS, AntiVirus, SWG, SSL/TLS, IPSEC and SSLVPN, & SDWAN.
- Strong lab hands-on testing on Performance & Features using 3rd party tools such as Spirent, Ixia, & etc.
- Strong trouble shooting on technical issues.
- Good understanding on OT Security, SDN, 4G/5G, CGN, GTP, Virtualization, and Telco Carrier Technology can be a plus.
- Expertise level in at least one of those technologies.
- Strong presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated, independent thinker.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network security industry.
