Job Responsibilities: Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank. Perform Level 2 of production support Perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation. Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes. Perform application health check and monitoring Job Requirements: Good knowledge in Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS) or Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS). Possess technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct Possess technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using Job Description, Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and team player.
