Job description: Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service. Involve in full SDLC, including transforming business requirements into software design, software development, testing and implementation. Provide estimates project timeline and ensure the project successfully deliver within the timelines. Lead, participate and facilitate in technical discussion with IT group. Ensure the enforcement of the programming coding standard, program promotion procedure and technical documentation. Provides guidance on business process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Participate in all phases of the application development life cycle. Managing software vendors to meet the timeline for delivery of contracted quality & coverage criteria. To build appropriate controls into business application software to ensure the system stability, security and reliability. Strong analytical, problem-solving and design skill, familiar with the system development methodology. Demonstrate ability to do documentation and communicate operational procedures to team members. Fully comply with company web security policy and regulation. Provide technical support in penetration test. Provide solution in fine tuning system performance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in IT system development (preferably in Financial Service/Banking Institution industry) Required Skill: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, SQL Experience in system integration: SOAP, Restful API in Json/XML content, MQ.
