Our strong diversified portfolio across Workforce Management, Operating Asset Management and Tech Services facilitate functioning in cross level & cross functional roles.The RoleTechnology Infrastructure – SAN Storage SpecialistJob Description:To support day to day operations on SAN administrations in all areas of SAN infrastructure including Hitachi, Huawei, IBM SAN, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE and others. The role required taking ownership of problem incidents till resolutions with impact analysis and preventive measurement. In addition, excellent communication skills between teams are required to facilitate SAN as an infrastructure service.Responsibilities

Provide operational support for Hitachi, Huawei, IBM SAN, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE storage and brocade SAN switches administration
Execute across-site replication of significant DR data and able to perform reverse replication upon DR requirements
Provide technical assistance to project team and server operation teams.
Perform fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, recovery and root cause analysis for incidents relating to SAN fabrics
Track and plan for upgrade on storage and related product before product obsolescence
Conduct performance analysis, tuning, automate system operation, capacity planning & performance management
Track and drive patch management & software upgrades to ensure systems patches are kept up to date
Establish adequate monitoring scripts/systems to predict parts failure for preventive measurement
Apply new technology and process to improve system supportability, recoverability, availability and performance
Able to support and response to add-hoc request from time to time including off office working timeframe
Support Audit and compliance activities
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Resident Engineers

Ideal ProfileRequirements

At least 5 years system support experience on SAN infra.
Hands -on experience on Hitachi, Huawei, IBM SAN, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE Storages and Brocade SAN Switches
Good knowledge in HA Storage (Example GAD, 3 site, 2 site replication), ALUA settings, CCI operations
Possess good technical knowledge in implementing, troubleshoot, performance tuning of SAN hardware.
Awareness of SAN infrastructure support as critical services and require fast response time towards incidents
Working knowledge of Windows OS, AIX, Solaris and Linux is preferred
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
