- Be able to analyze and classify logistics problems and output experience insight reports by data analysis, deep dive on enquires, etcQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in customer service team and have knowledge of logistics
- Proficiency in English is Mandatory
- Strong communication skills and good at handling disputesPreferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus due to the nature of work to manage the vendors
