It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:1.Perform financial transaction postings using in-house system and reconciliation.2. Support Debit Card management including new issuance, maintenances, and internal customer enquiries/investigation.3.Manage customer signature records, including new scanning of signature and maintenance update.4. Perform account opening for digital Onboarding and Offsite Account Opening application.5.Perform eInvoice and Sales & Service Tax (SST) related maintenances including enquiry via in-house system.6.Perform Fixed Deposit maintenances i.e. new placement, early termination & etc and reconciliation.7.Perform General Ledger related maintenances and reconciliation.8.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes or enhancements meet business requirements and function as intended before deployment.9.Participate in ad hoc planning and hosting of departmental events throughout the year, contributing to team engagement and collaboration initiatives.10.Provide support to various Business units in ad hoc task, such as data clean up, financial transaction posting transactions, as and when required.11.Ensure proper housekeeping and archiving of all data and documents in accordance with internal guideline.12.Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.13.Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record.14.Participate in fungible exercises and load balancing within the department, as and when required to support operational efficiency and team collaboration. 15.Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold operational integrity and compliance.JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in banking operations; however fresh graduates and diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for tabulating reports.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fast learner who is adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
