ResponsibilitiesReception Duties:Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments/personnel.Coordinate appointments and bookings.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Administrative Support:Assist AR support on customer payment.Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.Assist in the preparation HR matter, documents, reports, and etc.Maintain and update office maintenance records, databases, and contact lists.Monitor and replenish office supplies; raise purchase requests as needed.Other Duties:Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.Assist other departments or managers as required.Support HR or finance functions with documentation, filing, or data entry when needed.Benefits
