Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing nationwide dealership operations. Dealer visit on a monthly basis. Perform daily reporting and review in line with the company's KPIs. To achieve monthly and yearly target set for retail sales. To achieve sales satisfaction index targets set by the company. Key facilitator between Dealers and HQ. To perform systematic monitoring of all Dealers' performance on daily/monthly basis. To coach and guide outlet on overall Sales Operation matters. Conduct competitor study activity on monthly basis. Prepare other management reports as and when required. Job Requirements: Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent Minimum 5-10 years working experience in automotive sales or sales operations related roles. Good communication skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently. Results and target oriented, with ability to perform multiple tasks. Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
