Project & Process Engineer

• Collaborate with sales team and project team to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, answer inquiries and provide technical guidance and training on the proper use and maintenance of company’s product.
• Lead the design, implementation and execution of system integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Design and implement solutions based on customer specifications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Clarify and communicate project scope of supply, explain engineering design, process flow diagram and plans with customers confidently and precisely.
• Produce detail engineering design on the process according to respective standard (GEP and GMP) and create process flow diagram, layouts, 3D drawing and effective presentation on processes via FDS, Functional Design Specification.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Conduct on-site assessments to gather information and assess customers requirements for successful integration.
• Prepare process drawing & P&ID
• Prepare and manage time schedule together with relevant sales team and project team and suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare progress reports, completion reports and final project document upon its completion.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related engineering field.
• Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in any engineering field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all levels.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
• In-dept technical knowledge in engineering field.
• Technical minded, attentive learner and detail-oriented.
• Problem solving skill.
• Able to travel locally and overseas.
