Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team for enhancements, maintenance, and Level 2 (L2) support of our suite of HRMS products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET framework, C#, SQL Server, and stored procedures, along with problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving application issues. Key Responsibilities: Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and feature updates on existing HRMS products. Provide Level 2 (L2) support - troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL stored procedures, functions, and database queries. Collaborate with Client Support, Product Owners, QA, and other developers to deliver solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices. Participate in code reviews, deployments, and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development Solid understanding of software design and engineering principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience in Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth), developing and integrating APIs using REST/JSON. API development such as Restful API (.NET Web API) Must have extensive experience in the following Frontend: HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Razor, Blazor (good to have). Backend: C# (MVC), .NET Framework, MS SQL, T-SQL (Stored Procedures), Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ Frameworks: ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, jQuery. Good to have Blazor MS Win Server, IIS Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and performance bottlenecks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
