\n\t * \n\tUpdate firm orders and customer forecasts in SAP weekly after Master Production Schedule (MPS) review, to support timely material planning. \n\t \n\t * \n\tPrepare final assembly production plans and manifests for each running model. \n\t \n\t * \n\tMonitor daily production output against the planned schedule. \n\t \n\t * \n\tMaintain and update the production planning file regularly. \n\t \n\t * \n\tConduct weekly production planning meetings with the operations team. \n\t \n\t * \n\tSupport finished goods (FG) handling and the shipping process. \n\t \n\t * \n\tPrepare weekly FG inventory forecast/closing. \n\t \n\t * \n\tEnsure no backlog for both SOP (Start of Production) and After Sales orders. \n\t \n\t * \n\tPrepare and manage the daily shipping/delivery plan. \n\t \n\t * \n\tCommunicate daily with customers and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers regarding shipping and delivery schedules. \n\t \n \n\nReporting & Documentation \n\n

\n\t\t\t * \n\t\t\tPlan vs. actual deliveries \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t * \n\t\t\tPlan vs. production capacity \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t * \n\t\t\tProduction plan comparison by model or platform \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t * \n\t\tFG buffer stock calculations \n\t\t \n\t\t * \n\t\tConnecting maps for each model/platform \n\t\t \n\t\t * \n\t\tFG PFEP (Plan For Every Part) \n\t\t \n\t \n\t \n\t * \n\tComplete ZKE transactions in SAP for every customer delivery (N+1 cycle). \n\t \n\t * \n\tMonitor and report month-end FG inventory closing. \n\t \n\t * \n\tMaintain a minimum of 3 days FG inventory at both plant and 3PL locations. \n\t \n \n
