As a Senior Recruiter based in Johor Bahru Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding staff, mostly based in Malaysia, as we expand internationally. You'll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you'll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hiring for our Malaysia market, focusing mainly on Customer Experience agents and team leads, warehouse staff, and other operational support roles for the Singapore headquarters.

Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift

Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process

Collaborate remotely with the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights

Stay informed on Malaysia's employment regulations to ensure full compliance

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with customer service (CX), and logistics related hiring

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build lasting talent pipelines

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter who thrives working independently and can effectively collaborate with remote teams

Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring best practices in Malaysia
