Support the implementation of global HR initiatives by providing expertise in Workday software, integration, and configuration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that enhance HR processes and drive business outcomes.Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Workday projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Workday software, including upgrades, integrations, and system optimizations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting project milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and other technological innovations.
- Collaborate with senior management to define requirements and deliver solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;
- Proven experience as a technical leader in Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Expert knowledge of Workday software, modules, and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
