Our Client is a dynamic, Singapore-headquartered Group operating across the Financial and Healthcare Services sectors. As part of our expansion, we're hiring a Finance Manager to join our Group Finance team. This role reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for daily finance operations, group consolidation, reporting, compliance, and process improvement across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR, GL, cash flow) Manage month-end/year-end closing and group financial consolidation Prepare management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS(I), tax filings, and MAS/central bank regulations Support audits, transfer pricing, and related-party transaction reporting Drive internal controls and process improvements across the Group Requirements Degree in Accountancy or Finance with CA/CPA/ACCA qualification 6-8 years of experience in finance/accounting; Financial Services or audit background preferred Strong technical knowledge in IFRS/SFRS(I) and consolidation Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, modeling, macros) Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with teams in Hong Kong and China Proficient in tools like Xero, Syft, or NetSuite Meticulous, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities What We Offer Strategic exposure in a high-growth regional group Collaborative and inclusive team culture Hybrid working arrangement Salary commensurate with experience and location
