The company supplies welding gas, hardware accessories, welding machine, medical gas, customize gas, etc.
Job responsibilities:
» Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
» Perform data entry
» Assist in resolving any administrative problems
» Answer calls from customers regarding their enquiries
» Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
» Attend to indoor sales
» Maintain office supplies
» Any other ad-hoc tasks by management
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
» At least 1 year of working practice in related field
» Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word and SQL software
» Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
» Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
» Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
