Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships and promoting diagnostics/ life science and research products and services to healthcare providers, laboratories and related institutions. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Job Responsibilities: To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the diagnostics/ life science and research market to expand the customer base. To build and maintain strong relationships with client including healthcare providers, laboratories and related institutions. To conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our diagnostics/ life science & research solutions. To develop a deep understanding of our diagnostics/ life science & research product portfolio and communicate product value effectively to clients. To manage the sales process from prospectives to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets. To provide excellent customer service and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. To track and report sales activities, leads and customer feedback in the CRM system. To stay updated on industry, competitor activities and product developments to maintain a competitive edge. To collaborate with internal teams including marketing and technical support to meet customer needs and resolve any issues. To participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate new leads and increase brand awareness. Job Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Genetic, Medical Science or related studies. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, possess analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skill. Team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have own transport and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
