
Sales Enablement Consultant

- Serve as the primary enablement contact for APAC sales teams and dealers.
- Design, deliver, and manage onboarding, training, and upskilling programs.
- Support vertical market initiatives (e.g., Corporate, Learning segments).
- Ensure consistent messaging and selling proficiency across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools and processes that improve dealer experience.
- Coordinate enablement activities to support dealer business growth and customer value creation.
- Monitor enablement effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Lead and support multiple initiatives using a multi-disciplinary team approach.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Support, Product Marketing, Channel, Brand Communications, and L&D teams.
- Assist in quarterly business reviews and facilitate workshops with key dealers.
- Strong understanding of direct and dealer sales operations and enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
- Skilled in project management, training design, and performance evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and enablement tools (CRM, LMS).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or certifications (APMP, PMP, PSM, CSM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, project management, and dealer business operations.
- Experience with Steelcase tools (Hedberg, Village, CRM, Creators Studio, Quest) preferred.
