Job Responsible Supervise and support the performance of Store Managers and store teams across assigned locations. Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, shrinkage, and profitability of each outlet. Develop action plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards in cleanliness, merchandising, and staff performance. Ensure all stores maintain compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide guidance on recruitment, training, coaching, and staff development. Coordinate and support store openings, relocations, or refurbishments. Lead implementation of marketing and promotional activities at the store level. Manage budgets, inventory levels, and operational expenses. Act as a key problem-solver for store-level issues or escalations. Prepare and present reports to management on performance and operational challenges. Job Requirement Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail operations or multi-store management. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.
