Job Responsibility Prepare and update payment checklist Handle government matters: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF Prepare and maintain monthly account schedules Record and maintain leave management (including attendance), commission etc. Sort and process staff claims Handle onboarding & offboarding process Calculate staff salary Assist ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned Job Requirements Diploma /Degree in Accounting or equivalent Minimum 3 years accounting experience is an advantages Must be good in MS Office Excel Knowledge of AutoCount, Panda software and Online Banking will be an advantage Able to communicate, read and write in English and BC Can be independent and with team player spirit Great at time and task management Good communication skills Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline Have own transportation preferred Positive attitude and willing to learn Job Benifits KWSP SOCSO Medical claims
