ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – AP ( SKUDAI )

- Handle invoice matching task; receive, review and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
- Prepare payment Voucher and process electronic payments for approved invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
- Assist Finance Executive for submitting of IF Application
- Assist Finance Executive for IF Settlement.
- Prepare Ageing Reports and other AP Analysis Reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Hours: 0830 to 1730 hours (5 days)
- Work Location: Taman Industri Jaya, Skudai
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree and above
- At least 5 years working experience
- Upon employment first three (3) weeks training in Singapore, transport RM280 and RM250 meal allowance provided.
- Once a month meeting in Singapore, two-way taxi will be provided.
- 8 days annual leave
- RM50.00 reimbursement of medical fee after employment confirmation
- Employment Continuity Bonus (ECB)
