Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Treasurer's Office with management of T&M businesses and activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and London. Engage and support local T&M teams in executing business strategies and growth plans. Serve as primary liaison with local T&M working-level teams, particularly on matters relating to alignment with Head Office and issue resolution. Build and maintain functional knowledge of financial markets' regulations and best practices across Group T&M geographies. Manage and optimize operating interfaces between T&M and non-T&M parties (internal or external). Manage T&M-wide change events that require the design and implementation of new and/or significantly altered processes. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Direct financial markets experience, or in a role that partners with or supports a financial markets business, is preferred. Working knowledge of financial market products and market structure. Understanding of internal and external risks including market, liquidity, credit and operational risks. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
