This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.Key Responsibilities:o Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the overall corporate objectives.o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.o Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.o Collaborate with the client solutions team to tailor logistics solutions to meet individual client requirements.o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.o Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market presence.o Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.o Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the pricing team.o Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.o Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.o Collaborate with other departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective communication across the organization.Qualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.o Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets in the logistics industry.o Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.o Ability to travel within the region as required.o Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.If you are interested in the position, kindly apply directly online by clicking on the “Apply” button.
