Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address any service-related concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. Monitor quality control standards to uphold the shop's reputation for delivering high-quality automotive detailing services. Oversee day-to-day operations of the detailing shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources. Carry out any ad-hoc task assigned by superior. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Passionate in sales, marketing and product knowledge. Minimum 5 years in doing sales/marketing in automotive related product or services or any sales product related experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or any third language will be an added advantage. Presentable and jovial personality.
