Job Title: Finance Associate (AP) Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia About The Role We are hiring for the exciting position of Finance Associate, Accounts Payable to join our multi-national FSSC in Kuala Lumpur. As the Finance Associate you will report into the APAC FSSC AP Manager supporting on all Accounts Payable responsibilities. This role is hybrid, with a working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payments and responding to AP queries. Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties on a timely basis. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI's SLA and KPI. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger. Actioning month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team. Performing other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks. To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Experience of working in a Shared Service environment. Knowledge of SAP and PO Systems will be an advantage, including processing AP invoices. Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
