We're looking for a Accounts Executive to handle the company's day-to-day financial documentation and reporting. This role involves preparing bookkeeping records (e.g., POs, DOs, invoices, payment vouchers), managing tax and SST submissions, supporting external audits, and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations during monthly closings. You&aposll also be responsible for maintaining timely payments, organizing financial documents, and assisting with any tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Management. Accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare day-to-day documentation (bookkeeping) from Accounting System (e.g.: Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Payment Voucher) Ensure all documentation is prepared and filed in a timely manner Prepare financial documentation for external auditors during financial year Prepare and handle tax documentation and calculation of income tax payable (LHDN) for inspection or submission for the Company Monthly closing and reconciliation of bank accounts Handle submission of SST and any documentation that requires to be submitted to Customs Office Ensure all monthly / quarterly / yearly bills and payments of the Company and processed in a timely manner Ensure documentation is filed correctly and appropriately Any ad hoc tasks as required time to time by Finance Manager or Management Qualifications Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. ACCA/ CGMA Certification will be an added advantage At least 3 years working experience in Accounting Department Computer literate in MS Office - Word & Excel Competent written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to travel and work full time at Port Klang Show more Show less
