Accounts Associate

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Candidate with accounting experience will be added advantage
• Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task and remain motivated
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Positive attitude, responsible, meticulous and analytical
• Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality
• Self starter with a hands-on spirit and team spirit
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Report to Accounts Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting activities
• Responsible to prepare full set of accounts
• Assist on client yearly audit
• Coordination of client-related administrative tasks
• Perform payroll related tasks, ie. registration of epf/socso/eis, processing payroll, generating statutory files and submission online
