
Automation Test Lead

- Leading and managing a team of testers, ensuring effective testing strategies and test case execution.
- Analyzing users stories, use cases and requirements, and collaborating closely with other team members.
- Designing, developing, maintaining and extending automation scripts using various frameworks and programming languages.
- Executing all levels of testing, detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
- Managing client interaction.
- Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product life cycle.
- 10+ years of working experiences in Testing, with 6+ years of experience working in Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in creating comprehensive test strategy, test plan, test scenario, and test report.
- Experience in building automation testing frameworks from scratch.
- Experience in Web Services & API automated testing.
- Experience in OOP and Java programming.
- Basic knowledge in SQL query.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies and acquire domain knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
