A Taste of What You&aposll Be Doing Strong knowledge with Continuous improvement tools and employs lean methodology to support the annual strategy development Ability to engage teams and upper management and be a face of the company at each department Experienced with Leader Standard Work behavior activities Ability to handle a variety of tasks to work with plant leaders and the facility manufacturing team to execute existing processes. Conducts regular assessments against the KWS phase progression criteria with the CIPO team, identifies gaps and puts actions in place to close the gaps We&aposre Looking for Someone With A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or a related field with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent with experience in influence management, coaching across all levels, and motivating teams to drive results Skilled in root cause analysis, Kaizen, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
