As a BDE, your primary responsibility will be to identify, create and nurture business opportunities to drive growth and profitability of the company. You will work closely with our business development team to develop and implement strategies to expand the organisation's market reach and revenue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for expansion. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various means, such as cold-calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. Sales and Pitching: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align efforts and strategies. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on the progress of business development activities. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Others: Ad hoc projects when required by management. JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT Bachelors' Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (Language is an added bonus) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Solar industry or sales experience is an added bonus.
