- Create compelling product descriptions and campaign assets that drive conversions.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Plan, design, and produce engaging content (static, video, reels, stories) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Tailor messaging and visuals to resonate with local audiences and communities.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to maximize engagement.
- Develop monthly content calendars across e-commerce and social platforms.
- Align content initiatives with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Track and analyze content performance across channels (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
- A/B test creative formats and messaging to improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce (health/wellness/consumer goods experience preferred).
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Shopee & Lazada Seller Center and social media platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus (to cater to Chinese communities in Malaysia).
