What You'll Do: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to travelers. Handle inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, and cancellations. Offer travel-related information and assistance with problem resolution. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. Able to work on rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays). Prior customer service experience is an advantage, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
