Plant Manager (Oil & Gas)

• Safety and Compliance: Responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to comply with relevant regulations and standards. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Production Planning and Scheduling: To develop production plans and schedules in line with customer demand, inventory levels, and company objectives. To optimize production processes and maximize output while minimizing downtime and production costs.
• Quality Control: Oversees quality control processes to ensure that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Monitoring production parameters, conducting quality inspections, and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations from standards.
• Resource Management: Responsible for managing resources such as raw materials, energy, and labor effectively to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Involved in budget planning and cost control activities to ensure that the plant operates within budgetary constraints. They monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives is crucial for enhancing plant performance and competitiveness including process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
• Ensures compliance with environmental standards and implements sustainable practices to reduce waste generation, energy consumption, and emissions.

• Candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Candidate with at least 3 year of working experience as a Plant Manager.
• Candidate from Oleochemical, natural gases, Chemical plant will be an added advantage.
