Job Responsibility Manage team communication, ensuring effective collaboration. Oversee operational tasks kitchen and front house to ensure efficiency Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Social Media, and Phone Calls. Handle delivery orders and packaging logistics. Address complaints and crises with appropriate and timely solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth operations. Proficient in team management, operational management, and SOP execution. Utilize Microsoft Office for efficient workflow and reporting. Job Requirements Strong team communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Fast adaptation skills and ability to think out of the box. Friendly and people-oriented personality. Proficient in multitasking. Willingness to learn and grow individually and as part of a team. Availability to work Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.
