- Collaborate closely with AIA Bhd and internal stakeholders to identify and evaluate Takaful growth opportunities across all distribution channels.
- Develop and implement both short and long-term strategies to support business expansion and channel effectiveness.
- Proactively engage with Agency Leaders, strategic partners (e.g., Public Bank), and corporate clients to gather market insights, feedback, and sentiment.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for internal teams and outsourcing partners to enhance service delivery and competitiveness.
- Establish, implement, and monitor service level standards (SLAs) across all distribution channels to ensure operational accountability and performance consistency.
- Drive governance initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across various levels, functions, and geographies within the organization to support seamless execution of distribution strategies
- Act as a liaison between distribution teams and support functions (e.g., compliance, operations, marketing) to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance or Takaful industry, with hands-on exposure to managing or supporting Agency, Bancassurance, and Corporate Solutions channels.
- TBE (Takaful Basic Examination)
- CEILI (Certificate Examination in Investment-Linked Insurance)
- PCE (Pre-Contract Examination for Insurance Agents)
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercially oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate insights into business value.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
