- Responsible for processing customer orders received via multiple channels (phone, email, fax, mail), confirming orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Handles delivery discrepancies and proactively communicates delays or changes.
- Manages billing setup, amendments, and completion including e-invoicing, debit/credit memos, and manual invoices.
- Resolves disputes related to billing adjustments, cancellations, and returns.
- Supports export operations by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Acts as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates and resolving issues related to product delivery and documentation.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Strong English communication & Mandarin speaking.
- SAP system knowledge is preferred.
