Job Responsibility Prepare tender submission, taking off quantity, handle project progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts. Final account preparation. To manage and supervise project contracts, in terms of preparing & verify monthly costing including claim, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers. Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters. To liaise with all parties to complete the required project. Preparation of sub-contractor s award comparisons. Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors. Reporting progress to senior management Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural), Quantity Survey or equivalent At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and equivalent. Independent and initiative with work commitment Possess own transport.
