  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, space planning, and project management.
  • Proficiency in interior design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva is essential.
  • Strong understanding of space planning principles and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Knowledge of material selection and sourcing, with an understanding of cost implications and sustainability considerations.
  • Ability to manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with clients, China suppliers and team members.
Tanggungjawab
  • Sell interior design packages to property owners (homestay, Airbnb, residential)
  • Assist in the development of interior design concepts and solutions for short-stay properties, aligning with Perfect Pinnacle's brand and client expectations.
  • Create detailed space plans and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software, optimizing functionality and aesthetics.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering budget constraints, durability, and design vision.
  • Prepare presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within allocated resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create visually appealing design mockups and marketing materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
