What you will do:
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing client to encourage utilization.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents;
  • Record/update internal systems for any financing application.
  • Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document;
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time;
Requirements:What we are looking for:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telesales
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Chinese/BM is an added value.
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
