Develop and maintain best practices and processes for AI operations, ensuring the efficiency and consistency of operational activities. Work closely with product, technology, and data teams to advance the integration and application of AI technologies, ensuring AI projects align with business needs and objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of AI operations, adjusting strategies in a timely manner to meet or exceed goals. Track industry trends and technological developments, evaluate the potential application of new tools and technologies, and continuously improve operational efficiency and user experience. Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in AI or customer service operations, with a successful track record of implementing and managing complex operational projects. Candidates with a background in Java, Python, or similar technologies are preferred. Deep understanding of the application of AI technologies in the field of customer service, familiar with the operational practices of intelligent robots and natural language processing. Strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions to optimize operational processes and user experience.
