- Diploma / Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education
- Preferably 1 - 2 years related working experience in purchasing/buying
- Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material and Warehouse Management is an added advantage
- Able to read & write in Mandarin as the candidate is required to deal with suppliers from China
- Self-starter & good in communication/negotiation skills
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Track inventory
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
