Job Responsibility Report directly to Contract Manager. To handle tenders document quotation and negotiating contracts. To review details drawing/construction drawing and specification. Responsible to verify cost-control from supplies sub-contractors and workers. Responsible to prepare project budget, progress claims VO claim, and final accounts. Able to collaborate with clients, consultants suppliers and sub-contractors. Attend site valuation site measurement and regular meeting when necessary. Other task are assigned by management when necessary from time to time Job Requirements Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Quantity Surveying. Minimum Two (2) years of working experience in construction field. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia English and Mandarin, Full scope of pre & post in a similar capacity preferably in infrastructure construction. Able to take instructions and work independently under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines. Strong time management and communication skills proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCad or other related software. Good Attitude toward team work Have own Transportation Candidate MUST google and understand our company before come to interview Job Benifits EPF SOCSO PCB & EIS Annual Leave & Medical Leave Provided.
