Job Summary: Renders corporate secretarial services and general management of meetings with respect to Management, Board and shareholders as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws/statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial matters in accordance with Companies Act 2016, the Islamic Financial Services Act, 2013, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements. Provide prompt responses to internal and external stakeholders' requests and queries within the stipulated deadline To attend meetings and prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents To perform the day-to-day secretarial functions, e.g. to maintain registers and statutory books as required by law and ensuring that statutory forms are filed promptly with SSM. Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned by the Board and Management. Requirements: ICSA qualified or currently pursuing the ICSA qualification. Those without company secretarial qualifications but with the relevant corporate secretarial experience are highly encouraged to apply.
