Job Responsibility Assist in handling full set of accounts under the supervision of the Account Officer Manage accounts payable/receivable, payment processing, and invoice checking Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in preparing management reports Liaise with internal departments and external parties (vendors, auditors, etc.) Prepare documentation for audit and tax purposes Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Account Officer or Management Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Able to communicate in English; Mandarin-speaking is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or handle documents) Required skills: Accounting, Mandarin Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Financial Reporting, Data Entry At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (added advantage) Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Able to work independently and with a team Job Benefits 5 Working Days Annual Bonus Show more Show less
