The OTC Sales Supervisor oversees the daily operations and performance of the over-the-counter (OTC) sales team in individual pharmacy setting. The supervisor trains and motivates sales staff, monitors product displays, and collaborates with marketing teams to optimize product offerings and promotions. Job Description To manage the field force of own territory to achieve the sales objectives set by the Company. To implement and execute the Company's objectives and strategies. To manage and measure the field force sales performance of own territory through the implementation of sales activities. To develop the field force competency of own territory in terms of recruitment, field coaching and field appraisal. To demonstrate strong leadership qualities to motivate and encourage teamwork of field force. To monitor and control territory expenses including selling expenses, product bonuses and customer's trade returns. To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Company from time to time. Job Requirement Minimum 3-4 years' sales experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry. Initiative, dedication, commitment, a team player and ability to work independently.
