The Role Job Summary The Senior Accounts & Office Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and office management functions of the company. This includes managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting Management: Maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Office Management: Oversee office operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and vendor relationships. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate office logistics, such as equipment procurement, supplies inventory, and space planning. Handle employee inquiries and address office-related issues in a timely manner. Human Capital Support: Assist with HC and employee onboarding/offboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HC policies and procedures. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and assisting with candidate evaluations. Ideal Profile Skills Office Management Budgeting and Forecasting Event Planning and Coordination Vendor Management Excellent Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to Detail Time Management and Prioritization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in office management, accounting, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in office management or administration is a plus. Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
