Job Requirements: Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, operations, and compliance teams to elicit and document business requirements. Act as the "voice of the business" in technology discussions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment to goals. Run workshops and user interviews to define workflows, pain points, and innovation opportunities. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Translate business objectives into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, recommending optimizations and automation opportunities. Technology Interface Work closely with developers, architects, and QA/Testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support system design discussions, data mapping, and integration planning. Act as a liaison during testing and UAT phases, assisting in defect triaging and validation. Project and Change Support Assist in business case development, impact assessments, and change management activities. Help monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables remain aligned with agreed requirements. Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the Management from time to time. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment platforms. Proven track record interfacing between business units and IT in complex, fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of Payment provider data/regulatory requirements in APAC and beyond. Familiarity with M365, MS Dynamics/CRM Systems, APIs, databases, and process automation tools is a plus. Domain knowledge in cross-border payments, remittance, or FX systems is also highly valued. Additional experience working with mobile apps is desirable.
