  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Drive).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
Tanggungjawab
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Regularly update internal data and company documents within the system.
  • Handle all renewals for company registrations, licenses, insurance policies, and vehicle documentation.
  • Use internal systems and calendars to track and ensure all renewals are completed on time.
  • Support daily administrative operations and provide assistance to management as needed.
