- Understand channel dynamics and build/implement effective sales strategies across four key focus areas.
- Identify business opportunities and gaps through close collaboration and interaction with customers.
- Establish and maintain strong trade relationships, conducting continuous business reviews with key customers.
- Negotiate trading terms to ensure maximum returns on trade investments.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to develop and execute action plans that address business gaps.
- Maximize trade investment returns by applying investments strategically and monitoring effectiveness.
- Plan and manage promotions to ensure they deliver optimal results.
- Build and develop the capabilities of the sales team through coaching and performance management.
- Develop merchandisers’ skills and manage route coverage to achieve 100% service level compliance.
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
