- Apply a “Strategic Key Account Management” approach in managing customer relationships.
- Negotiate national contracts aligned with both the company’s commercial policies and client objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of agreements and monitor related investments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with buyers.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements and promotional activities with the sales team.
- Develop tailored business plans for each assigned key customer.
- Create monthly promotion plans and review customer performance on a monthly and yearly basis, including cumulative sales, market and category trends, promotion design, measurement tools, and evaluation of promotional effectiveness.
- Possess a deep understanding of key account retail sales strategies and operational frameworks to formulate account strategies, set goals and budget constraints, and identify opportunities for business collaboration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Key Account Management.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
