- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
- Prepare letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll input, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
- Support training coordination and employee development programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement events and wellness programs.
- Handle HR inquiries and support internal communication efforts.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction-related industries.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR operational processes.
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
